"So, Previously I wrote a fairly negative review. I clearly was not happy with the services throughout the process of purchasing a home in the OBX. The communication I thought could have been better and the repairs of the home could have been facilitated much better. That being said I need to give credit where credit is due. Although we have not spoken since closing Mike still when out of the way to make sure the home was presentable along with some of the repairs on the outside of the home were performed. Even though I had my initial opinion I felt it was right to go back and update the review to reflect his effort. So Thank you Mike!"
